Show her some love man :loveu: ...She was OK, just her first time on the road and in a hurry to get to Tahoe to meet up with friends. :repair:

Yeah, now that I'm older maybe running for President and driving should have the same age limit? :kissyou:

First time on the road AND in a hurry. Not a good combination. Luckily she's okay and maybe a little bit wiser. :dunno: Eh, probably not.

oh yah i forgot, there is that universal condition by which it is totally and completely acceptable to drive so fast and unsafe that you roll your car, as long as its your first time on that road.

Im pretty sure she is a terribly unsafe driver. My girlfriend is constantly worried about me rolling my jeep on the off camber parts of the trails, but she should be much more concerned if im going somwhere ive never been before since ill most likely be driving insanely fast and not paying any attention , especially in a ford focus.

sorry, i just dont see a good excuse for this lady. Its etremely unwise to drive very fast on a windy road you dont know well. she is lucky she is alive.

Yes, good point Jon, it was her fault, no one else's and I agree that there is much more risk going and coming from the trail than there is on the trail.

Her problem is she is a terribly unsafe driver, my problem is to learn not to judge her.

Great pics Skipper!

So how was the trail in reverse? Which way is more difficult?

We were delayed for a little while longer after you left, but not too long. It was funny because all three of us got hung up on the same rock on the stairs, we took the easy line.

We had a few adult beverages and had a great time talking around the campfire. You and John are great guys who I look forward to camping and wheeling with again!

Charlie (The Lab) says thanks for his pic. He had a great time too!

Well I think reverse was much more difficult this time but during Sierra Fest I thought that the decent was harder. I guess it just depends. Maybe having NAXJA guys around me just makes me more comfortable. Plus though CJ and TJ guys not only look like tortuses on the rock

I am glad you didn't have to wait too long. I thought that there was going to be, what did the guy say, 12 more Jeeps to come down and I really wanted to run the trail up hill.

Tell Charlie he is welcome. He is a great dog. I like calm dogs, it shows they are well adjusted.

Lisa and I are defiantly up to go wheeling and camping again with you guys. I like the straight through run from Hwy 50 to Hwy 4 idea. Sierra Fest 2013?

Thanks for the pictures.

To get them here on the site is a little laborious. I put them on Photobucket then copy the link into the insert image box. It takes some time but it is nice to have some pictures on the site.

Oh so I have to paste it as an "url" instead of loading it directly. So load the photos to a hosting site then put them on here, got it. Thanks!
