Looks like im out for this one. Ended up going to Lake Alpine with the family this weekend and wont be able to swing next weekend as well. Have fun out there and take lots of pictures!

We took a stock jk threw the staits as long as you go the bypass easy way i did the trail super easy on 31s an 3 in lift cant wait to do it on 33s an 6 in lift very fun trail just easier then i thought lol

my axles and engine are set. and I've got a spare everything, except tire so yeah should be fine. only thing I'm missing is some sliders

FWIW, theres cell service on the dirt road heading out from the stair steps on the dirt road that passes utica/union reservoir.

the rockers are getting cut out for 2x6 replacement anyway

awesome man my first real trail ride! but seriously though will I be fine without sliders? I was watching some vids. looks like I'll have enough clearance with 4.5 on 33's. I'm fine with rock rash I just dont want my doors sealed shut or anything

but for real you should be fine. I went when I had 3.5" of lift on 32s and escaped with only minor scars, nothing to keep the doors from.opening

Its all about line picking i went behind an xj when i went he was on a 6 in lift i was on a 3 an he had more damage then me but used sliders alot lol so just learn from every ones lines theres only two spots that are hairy with the rocks wished i could run this run with you guys but not ready lol

Well got my ruffstuff frame stiffeners installed Monday night.
Next item will be rocker mod but not before slick rock this weekend.
Almost ready, one more night wrenching and I will be ready.
