If you are talking about Tom Barger then heck yes! He did some nice work with his punch for the people in our rc crew

Because you're making me really want to build one of these and I already spend too much money on toys as it is. :D

Fine, you talked me into it. Whats the best one for being able to get a YJ?

:roflmao: You're bitching about not being able to get your full scale rig running without it costing a fortune and taking all your time........ and now you've been talked into a scaler money pit?

scaler money pit???? its the cost of one full size tire. mabe two if you get deep into it...
my scaler breaks less than my 1.1
and when it does break its tops 100 bucks to fix.

troy... im sorry to be the one to tell you. but you are finding reasons to talk yourself out of buying one and its NOT healthy!!!
once you buy one you will wonder why the hell you didnt buy one a long time ago!!!
you know you want too!!!!!

LOL! Ok, who's working harder at justifying these damn things???? :roflmao:

An Axial scx10 starter costing less than one full size tire? Sure, if you're talking a 40" BFG red label Krawler.......

Far too many posts confirming investments of nearly $1000 spent on these damn things.............. LALALALALALALALALALALALALALA!!!!!!!!! I'M NOT LISTENING! :D

My tires will cost me a good 600$ each to replace and two of mine are already near that point.

Maybe I was going to use one of these to design and test my link setup for my 1:1 scale Wrangler. :D

I figure I'm on home detail for a while ...:smoker:
So it gives me a reason to spend time in the backyard instead of getting in anymore trouble .
So far my build is at 400 with some of the supplies I just bought , the only thing
I need to run is a power source , sure I could buy 300 in aftermarket real quick
but I've been keeping things on the down low .

Found some crazy RC paint and proceeded to law one of the worst paint jobs
I've ever sprayed and I wasn't a fan of the color but it came out pretty good
over all and I learned a couple lessons I forgot about years ago when I used to paint models .

I actually like the color now and I'm pleased with the turnout .

looks good! did you figure out a spot to mount your esc?

Found an over the axle mounting plate on line , will be ordering ...
may want to rethink that! we need to get together soon so i can help you find a good spot. with a scaler, the last thing you want is electronics showing!!!:nono:lol its ultimately up to you... but we can find a better spot for the esc!
