Vote Libertarian

I give up.

vote republican then.

but don't bitch when it turns out just the same.

All we can do is enlighten 1 voter at a time while waiting for the rest of America to wake up.

If people want to vote for a rino who is pro government/corporation control. Who will bring us a new war within 4yrs and expand government in the name of "protection" and continues to shred the constitution while grinning ear to ear as he assures us that its for our own good. Then let them.

One day they will all wake up and be shackled in the chains of tyranny, oppressed beyond all measure. They will cry out "how has this happened? Why didn't we stop it?" And we libertarians will say, "Because you ate the bullcrap, washed it down with the cool aid they poured you and kept voting for the lesser of 2 evils!"

In the past I've always voted republican, and held to the idea that a 3rd party vote is a wasted vote.

But this year, I honestly can't figure out which candidate would be worse for the country. Either way it's going to be bad, I don't think "this is the most critical election ever" like everybody's been screaming, it's just the worst candidates ever on both sides.

I've heard FAR more people this year say they're voting libertatian. Of the 6 people with desks in my office room, I know 5 of us are voting libertatian. I don't consider it a wasted vote, sure they might not win his year, but if they get a decent percentage maybe next election less people will consider it a wasted vote, and they'll get more funding and publicity.

Obama's the 'powers that be's guy... hes 100% establishment.
Romney's a fall guy, just like mccain.

Romney is designed to lose... as was mccain. If obama does what the powers that be want, just as much as the republican would do. (And to be honest, that sounds exactly like the last 3 years...) Why bother getting a republican to win? Then they would take the heat when shit hits the fan (Which it's gonna). At least with obama, you have the moron vote's, that dont know ANYTHING about politics, or really anything. Who will support him no matter what.

Both obama, and romney, have a group of moronic supporters, who buy the hype... Then theres a good chunk of people WHO WOULD VOTE for obama, or romney, JUST to anti-vote for the other guy...

That leaves the people who can tell we'll get ****ed by either one when they win...

We're ****ed.... plain and simple.

I've already stated that Romney isn't my first choice, but the best current option for an electable President. I'd love to see Rand Paul on his cabinet, who is supporting Romney and encouraging Libs to stand behind him as well.

It seems rather contradictory to dis ex-R or D candidates that are now L, yet still encourage the voting public to move away from their traditional 2 party voting.......

I know that this statement may make some folks shorts ride up, but the Tea Party movement has been instrumental in education people on which candidates actually are grounded in the Constitution (Libertarian) and helped identify and successfully replace those in the Senate who are Rino's and DSA leaning.

I can't vote for Romney or Obama with a clear conscience. I don't like what either guy brings to the table. I may be throwing my vote away, but I believe that voting is a serious responsibility (albeit a responsibility with very little actual impact...), and as such I will vote for whoever I feel is the best candidate for our country. I also know Obama will win this November, without a doubt in my mind. The way I see it is that at least we can see what he's about. Romney...not so much.

Could be the most rediculous statement I've heard in a long time......how many dopes voted for Hope and Change, without a clue as to what it meant, the first time around? Many of us who didn't vote for Obama had suspicions of what this meant, much of which has come to fruition, or is set in motion.

Redistribution of wealth, expansion of government, devaluation of the dollar......the list goes on. Obama was raised by Communist parents, mentored by Communist activists (Frank Marshall Davis) in his youth and early adulthood, had never held a job in the private sector that was not tied to government funding and assistance and continues to surround himself with Socialists.......where do you think he's directing the country?

He's the polar opposite of Libertarian.

Folks, you've got 43 days to educate yourself on Romney......don't waste them on the MSM hype and polling data.

On my way home on Friday, I stopped at a gas station and there was an Obama supporter in line in front of me. He was loudly praising how glorious Obama is and how horrible Romney is. I had to wait about 10 min behind this guy as every credit and atm card he tried was denied. What’s it going to take for people to wake up?

No way in hell I would vote for Romney.
Romney is all about helping the rich at the expense of everyone else.

Obama is not ideal at all. just better than the alternative. He means well but methods he uses are not good at all.

Ron Paul would have had my vote. less govt and more freedoms

Gary Johnson deserves more media attention. Libertarians NEED MORE ATTENTION.

giving up my republican party after this election. Since RNC decided its ok to reject delegates voted by the public.. Whats the point of fair representation when a few in a committee can reject anyone they dont want.. Just demonstrates the fact that Republican party is all about controlling the public by ANY MEAN necessary. Just think what they would/will do while in power. FYI- example see cost of GW's tax cuts on national debt. Calling end of Republican party within my lifetime.

I'm not going to explain why I feel as I do on the matter, so don't ask. Just wanted to say that I find this bit positively hysterical!

:roflmao:

Romney personally donated $4M last year in charitable contributions. Quit with the "only helps the rich" BS.

You sound just like Harry Reid, who has been busted spreading multiple lies about Romney.......think for yourself already. Obama himself admitted to lying about Romney in his campaign ads.......

"Do we see sometimes, us going overboard in our campaign, the mistakes that are made or the, you know, areas where there's no doubt that somebody could dispute how we are presenting things? That happens in politics. "
President Barack Obama

Your response is ridiculous. Try reading the entire post rather than responding to a few words at the end.

Obama will win. I have no doubt. At the very least, we know what we're getting with Obama. Romney seems to contradict his record at every opportunity. No where did I say I would be voting for Obama. I'm going to vote for the person I think is best. If more of a America did the same, the two party system could actually become a thing of the past. Rather than holding on to the old ways, I choose to vote my conscience in hopes that more Americans will follow suit.

I like what the Libertarian party stands for but when we have some Jackoff who got famous on a reality TV show running for governor of my state I have to laugh. How will they be taken seriously with guys like Rupert from Survivor are running for office? Ugh, I've got some deciding to do before the election takes place.
