Shopping enroute from SLC to Moab Questions...

I'll be flying in Mon afternoon and heading south... where along the way is the best place to pick up a few things I am not bringing? (cooler, sleeping bag, knife/multi-tool)

The route I have is 215 to 16 to 6 to 191... is that a sensible plan and is 4 hours a reasonable estimate (n/c stopping)
