Sold the YJ, now I own a Renix.

What brackets did you use to mount the seats?

I used the XJ brackets and angle steel to adapt to the front of the 96+ seats, dropped new holes for the rear and used fender washers to spread the load. I am 5' 8" and am very happy with the height especially compared to the monster ZJ power seats that were previously in there.

I started collecting parts for a relay "fitchbox". I'll have 5 relays, a separate fuse block for low power circuits, and planning on using the cat5 cable set-up to carry signal from the switches.

Built a relay box. The fuse block didn't stay on the top, I ended up attaching that on the outside of the box. I used cat5 cable to carry signal and power to the switches.

Installed the Thule racks I previously had on the XJ.

Saved the LED strips I removed from the interior and transplanted them to the camper shell.

Decided on a bumper mount for the CB antenna. I used to have it mounted to the roof rack, which was great for signal strength, but I smacked everything on the road and trail. Hopefully it tunes well.

Looking good! Those Thule bars look real familiar..... ;)

The one on the cab is from you. The other bars were the very first thing I put on the Red Rocket, day she came home.

Hot Mess is down for a few days. Had a freeze plug failure. I have some brass plugs on order, the fuel line oring kit that the idiot at the dealer had no clue what it was, and motor mounts from Ironman.

Edit: it also helps to hoard extra bolts from previous projects, for instance when the idiot PO leaves off a couple manifold bolts.
