garage is full through March/April-- babysitting a TJ for someone in AfghaniPakiBahrainistan, but once it's out, I've almost got room for an XJ. I'm definitely gonna need a couple weeks for my turds after that, but I can probably provide space afterward-- I know, it's a long way out, but if no one else chimes in with space, it's better than nuthin':wave:

As for experience on gears, I've set up Ford 9" gears for dirt track racing, but I don't trust my abilities enough for my axle, never mind others'.:eek:
 
i can get the gearing tools. i have a little experience. my fellow jeep (ZJ) buddy built and axle in my garage. im sure he would be happy to lend a hand.
 
I will watch more utube videos. I once meet a guy who said he learned to ride a motorcycle on there, I'm sure I can learn gears. But any expereance is good. But I doubt I'll be around much longer, I'm applying to PITT for the spring term so I can get out the navy, but we'll see.
 
Shawn: I' doing gears in the next two or three weeks if I can find anywhere to have my parts shipped. I'm working out a deal with Pungo Offroads gear guy. He is going to let me do them myself in their shop (if the boss OKs it) and serve as a QA for the whole install. I would say that gives you two options: we can do my gears together in this shop, then do yours, or I can get you the details and costs and you can take the same route I'm going for. Ill shoot you a PM if it ends up being a go.
 
Im in town this weekend, lets hang out, Ill let you ship em to my place, my apartments have drop off policy. I'd like to sit in on yours and then do mine on the same basis. Ill be at fire ninja tomorrow night drinking with friends, I PM'd ya my number.

I've got the grill (that burns out in an hour) at the store and ready for anything... I've got the lift for checking clearance... I'm always there... discounts can be had for the Military... and I would rather see you guys than the "regular" clientele:roflmao::roflmao:

I got duty Saturday, and Ill be shutting down the engineering plant. Sunday Im going to Zach Brown. Ill def be at the store monday to get some engine oil and such things.
 
Whenever is good for me. Might have the new bumper on, too!
 
Yea I just ordered RE 3.5 inch springs from thepartsguy. I hope I can have those with the ACOS installed at the next one so I can measure for shocks and bump stops. I make a motion, with Shortys (<-- capital) permission, at his shop. Ill bring hamburgers, and this chick I'm dating, she has a 00 blue XJ
 
I might be able to make this. Supposed to be seeing the girl in Richmond that weekend.
 
Kevin, less than 300 with bushings shipped, hes in our vendors section, great guy to deal with, Shorty, I will never shop anywhere on payday, lol, can never get though a line. Again thats why I feel next weekend will be good. say noon-ish?
 
next Sat is good w/me-- my assistant at the store is on vacation so I'll have to actually work, but the more-the merrier! grill is there, now all we need is more people!!!!

And get rid of your "sent from my..." Its in your settings.
 
I plan on bringing the girl I've been dating. She has a 00 XJ! She's pretty awesome.
