A thread to keep up on Geostash stuff.

Tomorrow Nanette and I might be placing a couple caches. If anyone has the time to come along you are more then welcome.

BTW we are putting some in film canisters this year...just to add to the challenge. :D

Also, Nanette needs to buy some mats for her Cricut (dont ask) Basically its a machine that will cut circles out of paper...really really fast.

A pack of 2 is 7.99 and should cut all the paper we need. Oh and she might have enough paper that we won't need to buy any.

Sounds good. We've already invited the family over for Father's Day, so I don't think I'll be able to make it out tomorrow.

Let me know the amount that needs to be reimbused and I can get some money to you.

Just a thought.

Josh, since you are buying a bumper from Terry...might be a good time to hit him up for the Geostash.

I did last year and he promised to help, then let me down. Maybe you would have better luck.

How much do you think Geo coins with the chapter logo would cost? Hide a couple with the caches for souveniers maybe in the harder ones. Dont know if there is a minting minimum or anything. Anyone have any experience with them to know the process?

It depends on the material used. For peuter, I think its around $3-4 a piece with a minimum of 20 or 25. I can check with our coin guy and get a better idea on costs.

I went out and talked to Terry of Rigidco. He may be willing to donate a front receiver bumper for the Geostash. He will get back to either Ryan or myself.

Send me your E-mail adress and I can send you the file with the logo on it and maybe they could get a better cost Idea.

Wow, never mind then, tell them you quoted yourself the first deal and they should do that instead.

Do we have a cause to support like last year when we donoted to the Cannon Mtn Road defense fund.
Or are is our chapter the cause this year?

Considering the anorexic state of our bank account, I think the chapter should be our cause. We're going to need something for the Christmas party as well.
