I just did a quick head count from the threads.
So far the attendance is a bit lower that last year. But with the price of gas and the 25th anniversary event we knew that would be the case.

Looks like a possibility of 34 adults and 8 kids (42) for dinner.

That includes 3 not-yet-members on the list.

I think you mean 42 for dinner. How many did we have last year? I was there and I didn't think there was more than 30, but I didn't know most everyone at that time either. Probably still don't.

No it is 32. I mis-typed a umber in the text but the list of names was correct at 24 adults (fixed it).

Did we ever get the liability waivers printed?

I have them and will be bringing them up in the morning with the raffel prizes that I have collected.

I think this year it might be a good idea to let people pull their cards, and write down their hands ASAP. It will be much easier to get them in order if we do it all weekend long.
