Weekend is over...what did you get done?

I'm going to try and take it apart tomorrow and see what is going on. It hasn't leaked in a year, I don't know if it is worth trying to get another seal or pumping it full of RTV. Fwiw, I took a piece of angle iron, notched it out and drilled two holes in it to fit on 1310 yokes to be able to torque things down without a pipe wrench slipping off. Works great.

That's a pretty good idea... I think I'll probably do that but use C channel, I bent a piece of angle I tried to use for that sort of thing a few years back. As in folded it the hell over LOL

I just used a 1.5" 3/16 piece that I found in the woods behind my house. Not sure why it was there, but it's being used now! It was instrumental in ruining 2 crush sleeves when i did my 8.25 gears. I'll try and call Advance Adapters for their price on the washer tomorrow. I can't find it on their site or JB. I'm sure the dealer wants a pretty penny for it.

Bought a brand new 4 way lug wrench, then immediately chopped it up to slug a set of JK UCA's for my Jeep. They will be getting installed with my HP D30 as soon as time permits. One step closer to being ready for Harlan!!

Hot mess doing some firewood duty up on the property. Always nice to use 4x4 at home.

I slapped the spare onto the two studs I was able to find and limped it the 1.5 miles back home. Found the tire in the brush a ways down the road in wild rose bush over a creek, hefted it into the back of the jeep. Then ran my dodge down to the gas station cause I really needed a beer, just to realize how much TN sucks "It's Sunday morning, no beer for you..."

Used the tire machine at my neighbors garage to wrestle that big 37" tire off the rim and onto my spare rim, was not fun. Otherwise no real damage to the jeep, just need a new rotor, lug nuts, and wheel studs. Guess I need to start checking lug nuts after wheeling.

A full set? As long as they haven't been t-boned by a train they'll probably work. I need the basic structure of them to be right. They need to close correctly. I don't care so much about the outer skins.

Picked up a 98 2wd. Transmission issues. Power door locks, fog lights and passenger side window don't work. Going to dive into it fixing it Wednesday night.

Picked up an almost new set of 31x10.50 Grabber AT2's, traded a set of 15x8 American Racing steelies for them. Also picked up a set of rear TJ flares (freebies) to go with my other set of rear TJ flares.

Rode jet skis, shot guns, ate good BBQ, and drank cold beer. In that order. It was a nice mental break.

Now on a 6am flight to Green Bay
