Weekend is over...what did you get done?

Nah...it's a good little Jeep for what she uses it for. Don't have to worry about her getting around in bad weather. I think the battery is packing up. It'll be a free replacement if so.

Goes to the big lead smelter in the sky, huh?

They should be headed to East Penn's lead smelter in Pennsylvania.

Anyone ready for the Crawl? :D I'm gonna be roughing it in the AC! :D

I'm not coming anymore. Something came up at work and they're requiring I work through the holiday or risk losing my job.

:D. Couldn't be more ready to go. Blasting off no later than mid morning tomorrow. Trying to get through as much of the mountains as I can before it gets stupid hot.

Drove to Harlan!

Drove and hiked around Black Mountain with my boys!

Made my XJ watch while I installed some new Maxxis Ikon EXO 29er tires and a Stan's NoTubes kit on my main whip.

My old tires were almost bald and had 5 inches of sidewall rips. The tubes had two patches a piece. Getting ready for my race in two weeks.

I broke stuff! The Crawl was fuuuuuuuun though! :D

You "Crawled" the first section of Can Opener and part of the lower rock garden. Good job my boy!

Thanks Ed, she wasn't happy about that. She ate her power steering pump on the way home.

I broke shit in Harlan!

I stared at my jeep a lot yesterday. Wondering what I should do next.

Right now I got the front end tore apart and not sure if I want to put it back together or let it sit for a few weeks till my buddy is ready to help me instal gears. Easier with it the axle out of the truck. Then I need to replace the front brake lines. But changing out the 25 year old lines is not easy. I will have to cut and reflare the old line.
