The Stupidist Jeep on the Planet

Re: Just a Cherokee on tons

I bet it would do well at a mud bog comp. Its track width is totally different than almost anything else out there. It wouldn't sink into anyone elses ruts.

ive herd stories of Scott getting stuck in skidder tracks

Re: Just a Cherokee on tons

How about just a set of rollers to get on and off?
thats alot of work, remember that tons have a ton of lug nutsand the stazie/swamper combo is mad heavy, ill just do what traivis posted earlier, im honestly not even worried or caring about a trailer or tow rig at the moment this build is makin masive amounts of progress and id like to keep it that way

Yeah, you know how my pretty painted RS cover looked after one wheeling trip. Almost not even worth trying to do anything. I can't wait to see this thing done, you GOTTA call me when you're fire'in it up and it moves.

the covers on the blue jeep wre mising alot of paint when it got pulled apart, so i know how that coes, and it runs, i let it run for a bit fri and sat, the exhaust sounds friggin awsome, once track bar goes in, notor and stuff comes out and floors and other stuff goes in, sounds easy huh

It fits in that garage?! and if it does fit how do you move around it once it's in there?
push it,if i need to go sideways i just jack up the rear and push it easy(side note: it is extremely hard to push it with a flat swamper, stupid bias flat spots)

89.5 in frt, 87ish in rear
I thought it was wider than that, but even so it is a full 10" wider than mine with those numbers. Ouch.

Its cool though, you'll be moving much sooner than the rest of everyone else. You can always shop for new wheels while you continue to use it if these prove too wide.

Thanks Bill, i honestly dont see a issue with the width, and if i do like you said i can shop for somethin else, but the fact that i paid half of what would of costed me for brand new reg wheels and big tires makes me happy enough:party:
