I'm exhausted. Narrate the damned photos yourself. Except Avery, he's not allowed to play.

How fast does a Raped Ape run? And how would you know ?
Maybe to give a little more warm and fuzzy feeling that you won't experience coil bind with a hot engine at full lift? :dunno:As an afterthought, Russ decided to replace the push rods in the number 6 hole with .050 shorter ones. I don't think I'm smart enough to understand why.
Is that a delrin replacement for the bushing/shim deal that's being taken off the shaft on the 2nd photo?
It replaces the seal, thrust washer and needle bearings. I had thought they were delrin but looked at the invoice and they are UHMW - from Longfield.
Looks great guys. What did you do for the tie rod to clear the diff cover? I can kind of make out that you bent the drivers side but just wanted to make sure. I am doing the WJ conversion and trying to decide between rod ends and offset Chevy 1 ton TRE's.
This Teflon piece?

I have the Alloy USA hub kit http://www.quadratec.com/products/16103_0000_07.htm and wonder if it'd be worth doing on my setup.
Why aren't hubs designed so you could grease them externally with a pump vice having to remove them and hand job them?
The front Deaver springs aren't in yet, but it's coming together.

Kind of nice to have a water jet handy to make whatever we need. Thanks a ton to Danny (s7tech) for making his shop and equipment available and for all his hours of work on the car.

I am fairly certain its not teflon that I received.. and when I ordered the page said UHMW. Odd.
