...sorry...another build thread...

Added a used rustys 3.5" AAL I had to around to the pass side and it still sits .75 to 1" lower on the pass side. I might throw the second 3.5" AAL on top of that to try to get it 0"- 1/2" taller on the pass side. Or I just might be linking the rear soon.

How Heavy Is That New Wuarter Armor And Tube Fender?

its got to be lighter than the tools that sit on the other side. It was leaning before that too.

Started the rear DIY bumper. They forgot the wings that go off the main part of the bumper. damn. Apparently I didn't take a pic of the thing from behind.

hoping the tire carrier doesn't rip off the bumper. Used a ruffstuff spindle on the dirt bound rear bumper. Thing should hold up. added some tube to the rocker replacements last few nights with some free time. going to go dick around on slick for a shake down run tomorrow night. Pass side rear has a additional 3.5" AAL and still sits 3/4" lower after settling. I plan to add 2 more leaves to the pass side after this run when I get back sunday.

ended up winging it with the quarter panel stuff

Yes I'll be adding about 4 legs from the rocker to the tube per side

Are you gonna just do the pass side tube? Then you will have one side complete!

Driver bar went on last night. Just need to add legs to both

sweet new bumper.

and great pics of the tire carrier so i know what to build now!

I used 2x2 .095 or .065 square tube and welder in control arm tube and used the bushings . That worked great with the double shear mounts on the thing

Great work Jon, truck just keeps getting better!

PSC RAM/4 bolt box drilled and tapped/lines/pump has been ordered.... ill be looking forward to having steering in the rocks again.

Brown santa came today Full of sexy awesomeness. PSC ram, pump, and 4 bolt box, lines, fittings. Stoked. so much better than tapping the box west texas style and going with a surplus center ram. Also way more expensive but credit cards where made for a reason...
