I wanted to....
but not yet. trying to work on not working on the jeep every night and spending more time with the Girlfriend and the dogs. Its tough. I literally hear the garage calling me ..."Jonathan , just a little welding tonight, please ? you need to add those legs to those slider tube extensions. You need to slap in the PSC setup real quick. Just real quick. It will only take an hour to get it in...."

yep. I just need to wire up 220V first in the garage before any of us can use it.
and waiting on a good price on a gas tank.

You can come up to colfax and try my exact same unit. I weld at least 2-4 times a week with it and love it.
 
I have a lot to do.

thing failed smog today. High Nox.
Going to throw in a new EGR,
new O2
, colder plugs,
new FPR
some more injector cleaner
sea foam the intake
and take it over there without getting it super hot.

I replaced the driver rear quarter window finally. also attempted the driver side back door, but broke the glass during install. was looking at the exhaust for leaks under the rig and noticed that the passenger side axle shaft U joint is toast . So that also needs to be replaced before Fordyce next weekend.

I also want to get the new box and pump in , and hopefully the hydro assist in before fordyce as well.


Also hoping to do reno the weekend of November 7th if all goes well.
 
nice agenda. tomorrow I have to get a visual fail on my smog so the DMV will give me another extension so I can go to Fordyce.
I'm super down for Reno in November still. was that the trip we were planning on? I gotta let a couple friends of mine know dates..

can't wait to hear how your hydro works. I'm still banking on a WJ pump to solve my current issues
 
doing a new cat, new ngk o2 sensor, FPR, EGR, plugs, sea foam all for 277$. Not too bad since normally an exhaust shop would probably charge 300$ just to do a CAT. Plan to flange both sides of the converter too for ease of replacement.
 
Walker 80906 CalCat Universal Catalytic Converter. 120$ on amazon. Alot more at Autozone or elsewhere.
 
Wonder if there dimensions are accurate. If so id grab one. That puppy is thin. Mine is at least 5" thick. Hangs below the rails even though its touching the floor of the jeep. The floor is even pushed up in that area from me landing on the cat.
 
ya and there are cheap on amazon (120$ shipped ) so if you smash it to hell wheeling it wont cost too much to replace it in 2 years.
