retubing an axle

yea i cant seem to find any information that leads to the contrary.
however, with using the rhd wj knuckle and doing true high steer, there would be a major change due to the steering arms being more inboard, so maybe that's what you're thinking of Cracker.

you keep telling people that, and it keeps being incorrect.

OTK vs UTK has nothing to do with ackerman.

It does screw with it if you also use the drag link connection point as the tie rod mount. (like if you were to use the drag link mount on a RHD knuckle for a full high-steer setup)

yup. but even then it would not matter if you did it over the knuckle or under it.

This is correct. Ackerman only cares where the hole for the rod end/heim is placed. It doesn't care about the elevation of said joint.

schweet.

get a PSC big bore steering box and high-performance pump while you are at it. my jeep now steers effortlessly.

Makes perfect sense now that you have explained it thoroughly.
