Just finished up building the roof rack/lightbar thingy...pretty happy with the results, but ugh, so much time.

Wish I could take credit for the cage, but there's no way I would have had time to do it as well as it came out (nor do I have the skills to fit it that well). Enjoy pics!

- Light bar is Rigid Industries 30"SR model

- Rack cost = 2 tubes of DOM, a bender, and a lot of time doing this: :dunno: and this: :doh: and this: :flamemad:

- Cage cost: The Solo Motorsports guys are friends of ours which helped my price some. I asked them and they said to expect around 4k and up for a cage like that. (Still getting some more pics of the "frame" mounts for you all)

P.S. - if anyone is going to make a rack like this, talk to me first and I'll tell you all the ways NOT to do it.

Yeah, I figured that with 3 little kids in the back while wheeling or running through the desert chasing the race truck, if it ever goes over, then the money is nothing when your family is safe.
