That's a darn shame. Canoeing and now hang-gliding will make the Second Amendment a moot point. We cannot be trusted.

Funny...considering glock is not standard issue for Navy SEALs, Army Rangers, Marine Force Recon, USAF PJs, etc.
It's not standard issue for one simple reason....... can you guess...... the only safety is my ****ing trigger finger! No safety no government issue though if you knew your SF, seals can have whatever the **** they want!!

I said that once...... until I pulled my head out of my ass! My model 22 is 12 years old, had thousands of rounds through it and not a single problem... Point squeeze .....DEAD!! Cant say that about any other firearm I have ever shot!

Cousin is an Army Ranger and when I asked him...he said "uhhhh whatever the hell I want"
Which makes sense, since everyone will do better with that they like best...which is not going to be the same weapon across the board.
I have heard the XD45s and Colt 1911's were pretty popular though.

Yup, one of the fringe benefits of being a badass. I know a few and they like Glock and Sig mostly some XDs and a few still carry 1911s. Sadly for me I am stuck with the Beretta that I hate.....

Yes and no, ammo is a concern but when you do what SEALs do they are not around long enough to worry much about ammo as they carry quite a bit of what they need.

I have a Glock... Only reason I have one is because I got a crazy deal on it that I couldn't pass up. With that said, I still prefer my M&P .45 for duty. If I didn't carry that, I'd likely carry an XD.

Buddy went to Mr. Biggs in Colorado Springs before they closed and bought about 100 pins for $50.00. It was FRICKEN awesome!
