I would imagine that the resale value here in CO would be better than average compared to other states. Reason being is that prairie dog/varmint hunting is big around here.

Which model is it? There are a lot of model 700s in 22-250 caliber.

Are you selling it with a rail and scope rings? Or even with a scope? Case/record book/cleaning supplies?

Without knowing the above information I would say that $500 would be a fair price/trade value. It all depends upon how much you wanna off load it.

Yeah it has Luepold rings and a cheaper 3X9 scope that will come with it. I believe the model was the BDL VS (varmint synthetic) because it has the mag with a floorplate. Other than that it has the synthetic stock and bull barrel on it and is a real nail driver. It also has factory porting. Ill also be selling it with the air glide case that it is in now.

Finally finished converting my SKS into an all original Norinco. Fixed magazine back on it and I snagged 100 brand new stripper clips for it too.

Now to sell off all these 20rnd magazines.

No, because my Norinco SKS was originally brought into this country as I just got done configuring it. I got rid of all the potentially non-compliant modifications.

The magazines will be sold off as parts kits.

I wouldn't mind getting rid of everything in the pic, except the SKS itself. That's my ultimate zombie survival gun.

Stuff I have no use for:
5 Tapco 20rnd polymer mags, 2 ProMag 20rnd polymer mags, 1 US-Mags 30rnd steel mag, ATI "Dragunov" stock w/ railed bolt block and check rest, and a TAPCO M4 style stock with SAW grip and railed piston tube hand guard.

Got a vanguard 2 in 308 today. Gonna order up some glass for it. Likely something Nikon like I got for my brother.
Also picked up a reflex for the ak. Just waiting for the Texas weapon system dust cover/ picatini rail to show up.

Part of why I wanted it all back to original. I got it with a different stock and other doodads.

Honestly the best thing for it now would be to soak it in motor oil and bury it in my back yard. Once the dirt and oil mix together real well and have ample time to really soak into the gun she'll be as reliable a gun as you can get.

So I jut picked up another rifle that has a grey synthetic stock. It feel fine at sights and is weighted fine as well. Is it a better idea to just get this thing painted over or look into a different stock. The rifles is going to get used and scratched and general 'abuse'. I just can't stand the grey. If paint. Regular rattle can ok?

You can buy a wrap for it.

I had one on my 22-250 years ago but took it of because it would give off a little glare in the sun.

Not good for varmint hunting.

Well I guess my Texas weapons system rail came in for my ak after I left today. My brother was kind enough to get the hard sights pulled off and the rail system installed. Pretty cool how it all works and probably best option for ak in my mind. I would post a pic for ya but apparently photobucket crashed for the night so I'm ass out.
