Went to our local Friends of the NRA fund raiser last week and came home with this little gem from one of the raffles. Not a lot of fire power but probably one the best 22 semi-autos manufactured. Best part is the kid and I can shoot this one all day long without breaking the bank.

Took a photo today for the hell've it... It's not the prettiest, havent exactly treated it like a fine piece of porcelain...
My dad had the 6 inch barreled version. Always enjoyed shooting the pistol. Great little gun and rugged construction.

Yup. Kinda a bitch to clean the first half a dozen times or so but it gets easier.
BTW I have a Hogue grip on that in the photo, makes it feel like you're holding butter (except the cats don't come over to lick your hand afterward).
Hogue makes the sweetest grips. Good lookin' .22s back there. Going tomorrow with the FIL to pick up a Walther P22. I'm sure he'll be happy with it.
