If that Mustang guy moves to Arizona for warmer weather, and you get some d-bag replacement, ... Hell I have good friends from San Diego who picked the least restrictive HOA they could find, they were brought to court on violations, and saw a judge rewrite the HOA on the spot to suit the neighbors... friends move to Arizona.
