work party, escondido

big thanks to Sean (souske) for all the help today..... couldnt have gotten the clutch changed so fast otherwise!

my buddy Johnathan is riding along with me, he knows all the trails so we're in for a good run.

we had a great day today, hit TONS of trails. hit some new stuff too, and tried trails in different directions. It was just Art and I, and my buddy Johnathan rode along with me. we ended up going down the water tank hill that we usually go up (we did go up it earlier as well). Art went first and took the hard line, and i reluctantly followed. it was much easier than i expected.
i put my heep on it's side again in a big rut, but it wasnt too bad and damage is minimal, you'd hardly notice anything new. tried stradling a huge rut and the passenger side slid in. Art pulled me back and we both took the bypass since we'd really have to air down to clear it and both of us were too lazy.
Art has pictures im sure he'll post later.

yep, had a blast! hope you got some good pics of your run

Sorry, was to busy playing to take pics. The group I go with hit and run till lunch. Then we take pics of us sitting around. Then we hit and run till dark.lol.Next time i will invite somebody who doesn't like to play hard.I know 2 out of 3 of us hit the same tree, the other guy was smart and picked a better line.

I'll send you a invite on the next trip:cheers:

sounds good man! i hear ya on the pics, i never have time to take any either

i layed it on that side earlier today, but i think it just does that when i hit stuff too hard.

not really any issues, i'd like some currie anti rocks and i need to get my rear locker working, but other than that i'm pretty happy with it.

For some reason, Dan hates his pass side mirror...

got a freebie d60 today. i know it's nothing special, but i figured i'd grab it. came out of a later model ford e250.
this is a rainy day project for when i wear my d44 and 35's out.
also got a new steering box to replace my broken POS, made a new track bar and axle bracket, put in a wj power steering pump, and one of my prp seats. also got the rear cargo area interior pannels back in, welded in d ring tabs for straping stuff down back there, and bedlined the rear floor. everything is working good so far, im really happy with the way it wheels. there's definitely a few things that could use a little help, but nothing major.
