New chain and changed the input shaft on my terra 4:1 to 23 spline

Had to line these little guys back up

So I have been making a big deal about wanting to use my A/C while wheeling in the summer so I installed two 7" electric push fans and that cooler is my power steering.

The idea was the electric fans would help the stock electric fan and the clutch fan pulls enough CFM by its self.

I really like that! I may try that on my brothers jeep when I start it!
If that cooler is your ps, where is your trans cooler?

That is my PS cooler
My 97 doesn't have a tow package, so no auxiliary factory cooler.

I will be installing a trans cooler and temp gauge

I have an idea what I am going to do about the cooler

Installed a high volume oil pump today

Had a little issue with the pickup tube being wrong ...

2 inches was to much and my stock one was gross so after finding the correct one got it all done

New pump
Rear main
Pan gasket

She's ready for axles

No the pump was the same size as the stock one.

The pickup i ended up getting was the same as the stock one to. So everything went back up with no issues.

Did the drill mod to the stock power steering pump.

Installed a PSC under drive pulley 2401

New shorter belt needed Gates K060938

Got the front axle in and jeep sitting on the coils

Everything is lose and I am going to stitch weld the track bar and crossmember after I snug everything up .

Got a lot done today thanks to Scott for giving the big push to make the snow run tomorrow

Couldn't find my shock bolts, had these laying around and the square fits in the bar pin so it won't spin.

New CB mount it had the holes so I filled them, this thing is solid!

Five 1/4" bolts with nuts and the stock fender bolt

Later I added a ground to it

Now that the jeep is on the road I have a lot of little things I want to get done.

CB installed

Took it out in the snow with a few guys

It did well, the steering loosened up so I still have some work to do. But other then that I was super happy

Got back to Scott's and put a few things on

Terra hand throttle
Manuel high idle and for those long pushes in the snow.

Got my "bro bar" on

Installed at ZJ gas tank

Scott had one laying around and its 23 gallons


Scott puts 23 gallons in his ZJ from empty and I can only fit 17
So this should be a 6 gallon upgrade

Online says my XJ has a 20 gal tank but I have never been able to get that close.

ZJ one is the cleaner one

Got it all in and was able to save a full 5gal out of my stock tank and put it in the XJ for now. Gave me just under and 1/8th of a tank.

It's close but there is a 1/4 inch from the tank to the shield and from the shield to the exhaust
