I'm rebuilding a running 1998 4.0 pulled from a jeep that was in a fire. It has run post-fire, so it hasn't been significantly damaged to my knowledge. Just needs a refresh. Considering trying an at home valve job and really getting into the specs and measurements for my own educational purposes. I figured that these specs would be easy to come by and likely posted all over the place for years. I'm finding that to be not quite the case. I've also tried using the latest (free) versions of the big LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc) to get a consensus on these numbers, but some off them are off by enough that I don't find that info reliable. Does anyone have any reliable, preferably online material that lists out things like valve and spring specs, etc? I need these numbers to know what parts and tools to order.

The best source for all that information would be the FSM.
