As it sits right now it's completely stock... Some long weekends coming up for sure. Luckily I've already got everything but the bumpers and CB.

Instead of looking at the calender, i calculated the hours of available time i have to knock out my list....

i have about 15 hours of labor time before winterfest

That sucks, but I'm down for a wrench party. Shoot, bring it over here and we can swap the engine in yours while someone welds stiffys on mine

Install front bumper. DONE
Install and plumb hydro winch. FOR SALE!!!
Rear tow point of some kind.
Install t'case skid.
Install front skid.
Install extended front bumpstops.
Fix rear shocks so I have more than 2" of travel. DONE
Flex it up and trim fenders if necessary. KINDA DONE
Book a hotel room DONE

Install new winch -done!
Install longer front brake hoses - done!

Alignment
Weld xmember brackets - done!
Trans filter
Fill tcase - done!

Tow pig:
Change oil
Install super mega killer hitch

Camper:
Install dedicated fuse block for the heater
Seal roof
Fix the jack mounting points
Rip out toilet and replace with a portable

The HoBag shackle boxes just showed up at home so I guess I will put those on...other than that just knock out a front bumper and load crap up.

If I would just leave stuff alone I wouldn't have that much to do. Here is what I'm hoping to get done by WF.

Rear axle swap for one with LS-
Cut and fold quarters-DONE
Rocker replacement-DONE
SYE
Rear bumper
Couple engine gaskets
Whatever else I come up with

Thermostat replaced
Water pump replaced
Heater core being replaced this weekend...
Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh need longer weekends to get this stuff done

Wish I would've remembered the soaking wet passenger floor I had back in October that was discovered while ripping up carpet for floor pan repair. Wasted time and money...:anon:
