I killed the thread...
Well... I installed new u bolts, fixed my center pin, swapped yokes on my 8.25's with the pinion guard flange thing, added .75 coil spacers, welded in my rocker sliders, installed my detours light brackets, and wired up my Olympus LED pods.

Enjoyed a nice 4 day break from work. Spent Thursday with family for Thanksgiving. Went to a children's charity event at the speedway Friday morning and got to take a few laps around the track in the ST for making a donation. First time i've really got to drive it hard for more than a few seconds since I bought it. There's a lot of potential for it to become another expensive toy, but i've accepted the fact that I don't think i'll ever own a vehicle and NOT do anything to it.
Got the sway bar operational on the Jeep again, one step closer to making it not a death trap on the road anymore. Went out with some friends last night for entirely too long since everybody was back in town from their holiday travels. Did absolutely nothing today except sit on my ass and watch football.

not quite-- going to work for my previous District Manager-- he's director of Operations for a locally franchised group of Napa stores. He was my boss for about 13 years with Western Auto and Advance before his boss decided that he made too much $$ and made up a reason to get rid of him.

Went to SC for Thanksgiving. Went to the beach and saw an old friend I haven't seen since I moved from there. Came home Saturday with the intent of getting up Sunday and working with my daughter on her ATV. Well I should have expected the outcome of that; I worked while the 7 year old beat the concrete with my nice dead blow hammer. So we quit on that note and put up the inflatable snowman in the yard.

New 97 Longblock in my 90 XJ
and a new bumper i fabbed up
(yes my shop is legit)
oh yeh and i did this last week
barely fit but MEH didnt have the company truck that day so had to use the Black XJ

Slowly been working on the garage trying to make room..... Got pretty far today.
It's nice to have both skis in the garage.... Once the bender and the tiller are gone ill even have room for a bike or atv

I just put 98 long block in the 89 MJ and it runs sweet! I used all of the RENIX stuff on the 98 block. I moved the CTS to the thermostat housing which was the only mod I had to make in order for it to work. Of course you need to use the 90 flexplate
My son did this to the RENIX motor
