Weekend is over...what did you get done?

You should be able to open it by pulling the plastic trim and screwing around with the linkages. I've had to do that before on my 98.

Haha, If it was a 96- the hatch would already be open! :D now is just a matter of finding a hatch then getting the damn thing open so I can put the new one on.

Cut the offending sections out. Everything can be fixed with a cut-off wheel!

That's the plan for tomorrow when its 70 out....in December......so much for winter again!

that blows! Should come off the glass with a razor and off the paint with a tiny bit of acetone if you are really careful, the faster you act the better. Don't go too heavy on the acetone or you'll start eating into the paint.

I'm loving it... no heat in the house yet... a warm December means more of my firewood stack sticks around for January/February/March.

Winterfest may actually be wintry this year.....well more than last year!

I did a front and rear brake overhaul (mostly), I got my new rotors/pads and drums/shoes installed. Didn't get to the stainless lines/bleed though. I also went back to new stock shackles and got it sitting level for now!

Sorry to hear about the hatch. You do know about the "D" position for the transmission, right?

Yes but when you are going "R" in the "D" position it tends to die and you lose power brakes!

Been work hard with the scouts building the Christmas parade float ready for the Nashville Christmas Parade. Also beefing up the jeep for it with Coil spacers, shackle relocation mounts, visionX rock light LEDs, overhead console, switch for fog lights, and rancho stainless steel braided brake lines up front.

Finishing up the final touches on the manche... just need some pinion shims and some spicer 760s to throw my chromos in, then just a few odds and ends and shes good to go.

Will have both jeeps at Uwharrie this weekend, not to mention my entire crew. So if any of yall are planning to come, shoot me a call or text, well be there friday - sunday camping at the Stables (about a 1/4 mile from the outpost, across the road)

I think by 1997 people were, mostly, over the whole teal car craze of the early to mid 90's.
