FINALLY mounted up rear shocks, changed the gear oil in both diffs, and did some remodeling of the front bumper. Oh and mounted up some 36x12.50 Swampers!

Having some caliper issues. Tried swapping in a new one and when I bolted the brake line to the caliper, it started leaking. Not wanting it to drain all the fluid out overnight, I bolted it back to the original caliper -- STILL LEAKING.

WTF do you do in this situation?

You do have the brass washers in there, right? There should be one on either side of the line on the bolt.

No, apparently not. There is just the one on the outside of the bolt and I don't guess there is one between the caliper and the fitting.

I'm going tomorrow to get a new set of washers.

That, Sir, would be your problem. One between the caliper and the line and one between the line and the head of the bolt. Hope that works.

The missing washer is probably stuck to the caliper. Sometimes they get stuck.
