I saw one here in So Cal A long time ago... About the time Hummers came out. I hear they don't handle for crap at highway speeds??

As to the topic..... There is a Jeep wagoneer in the Reno Motorsports museum that was stretched 4" in the front and a Ferrari v-12 shoe horned in it. They call it the Jerrari....

Ah the Jerrari, built for Bill Harrah.

There are 2 of them. The ugly one and one that still looks like a Waggy.

A post I made from 2006:

This is the most famous 4-wheel Jeep burn out I know of. The Jeep in question belonged to Bill Harrah, of Harrah's Casinos. He was a major car freak who amassed one of the most incredible car collections ever. Some of it can be seen at the National Auto Museum in Reno. Anyway, he combined the nose and engine of a wrecked Ferrari 365 GT and the body of his 1969 Wagoneer to create the "Jerrari." The truck is well known, and Road and Track even did an article on it.

I kinda want to go give my old Waggy a hug now, and promise her I'd never, ever do anything like that. Idiots destroyed at least two perfectly good marvels of engineering, and I'm not talkin' the fart rocket.

Got to drive one of them once when I used to haul cars. I wasn't impressed. Loud, not really fast, every bolt rattled like an old datsun pickup and rode like ass.

Italian 4x4s FTL!
