Vote Libertarian

as if it would've made a difference? Romney's a jackass too  I'm no fan of Obama, but I didn't want Mittens in there either. Country's screwed either way. Hopefully the GOP can die like it ought to. It'd be great if the Democratic party would collapse too, but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

No big deal though. The current national debt only works out to be > $141,000 per taxpayer. Hopefully things will change. :roflmao:

Good job libertarians. You guys are great

Thanks buddy.

Gary Johnson only recieved 1% of the votes.

Mitt Romney got 48%

Barrack Obama got 50.5%

As you can see, you can't blame us for Mitts loss. he lost by more than 1%.

lol........ WTF did you all expect was going to happen when Mitts best qualifier for president was "he's not Obama!"

that's what happens when you vote against someone instead of for the RIGHT one.

But look on the bright side, in 4 more years you get to vote for someone that is well qualified to be president and not just the lesser of 2 evils.

Yep. I'll admit it. My vote for the LP in Massachusetts is what gave all of Mass' electoral votes to Obama! You got me! Sorry bud!

Keep it up with those false dichotomies, maybe one day choosing between the frying pan and the fire will get you something other than burnt. Me, I'm gonna make the longest running jump I can and try and avoid both.

I'm not sure Hillary Clinton will run in 2016 because she'll be 69 years old by then.

Yeah, I was getting tired of hearing "wasted vote" everytime I told someone I was voting for Johnson. I wasn't going to sell out my values to support one of those two fools.

Ron Paul 2016 haha

Blame your own guy, thats why you guys lost.

Some of us voted independant, but wouldve voted obama if we thought we had to.

QUIT MAKING EXCUSES, that shit makes you look like a child....

You have to admit that it was a damn close race considering the Republicans, themselves, didn't like Mitt, the blatant flip-flops, lack of math to back up the tax promises, and the media-bite worthy gaffes (that 47% speech, binders full of women, killing big-bird, rape being a gift from God, the Italian/Chinese Jeep ads Chrysler had to counter with their own, etc...).

I don’t think Mitt was a bad guy, I think he failed because he tried pandering to the Republican fringe element a bit too much. He tried to portray himself as a strict conservative republican when he's actually more moderate. I also, don’t think blaming the Libertarian party is the answer, if anything, a healthy third (or fourth) party would open the door to compromise and bipartisanship. Yes it's messy, but it does work; look at Canada.

My own political philosophy is very much libertarian....

but that doesn't mean I'm going to blindly cast votes for a loser party, when the deeper issue is unseating a socialist. I'm going with the guy who has the best chance of doing that.

casting a vote for a candiate that doesn't have a chance of getting more than .5% is not logical, and without value.

With all due respects, it sounds to me like you've accepted a position of helplessness, and accepted the role of "part of the problem".... instead of taking on the more difficult role of "part of the solution".

Let me ask you this...

3.67 million voters in California cast votes for Mitt Romney, but ANYONE who knows even the littlest amount about presidential elections KNOWS with no uncertainty that Obama was going to win California.

The media projected Obama the winner with 0% of the precincts reporting. There was NEVER any doubt whatsoever that Obie wins CA.

So... how are those 3.67 million votes any less of a throw away, than my vote for Gary Johnson????

How is voting for one guy who CANNOT win the state any more or less logical than voting for another guy who CANNOT win the state????

Based on your "logic", the only vote in CA that wasn't a throw away were the votes for Obie.

so 3 million less registered republicans voted this year than for Mccain.
yet somehow its still our fault for voring GJ. and at the same time you "your wasting your vote" jacka$$es scream how little a % we are,and then in the next breath scream that our vote will elect obama so your obviously scared of how big we are.........hmmmm........

okay..... enough is enough......you, not unlike the obama supporters, need to own your own mistakes and your candidate.

suck it up buttercup your party didnt show up to vote! so yeah, go head and blame us for your joke of a representative that caused 3 MILLION less of you to show up to vote. meanwhile we who voted what we actually believed in will always know we didnt vote guilt or shame.

if you voted romney because thats what your heart felt, then awesome. good for you and im sorry it didnt work out. but thanks for voting what you believed in.

if you voted out of strategy.....man.........:flame:
