Trailer storage in exchange for use?

Hi everyone.

I have an opportunity to get a twin axle trailer which I would like to get and modify to carry an XJ. Unfortunately, I have no where to store it at my house.

Is there anyone near North San Diego who has some open land who would be interested in trading a place to store the trailer in exchange for free use of the trailer?

If I didn't already have a motorhome I suddenly have to deal with storing (SD finally starting to enforce the RV parking ban)... I would just store it.

mount a couple planter boxes on it and park it on the front lawn... that should work!

I had a deal with a guy to do maintenance, service, upgrades, etc. In trade for use of his car trailer....worked out great for about 5 years, then all the sudden he said I couldn't use it anymore cause he was lending it to a friend semipermanently. Of course that was after I put a winch on it.

Your best bet is to park the motorhome on the trailer! Makes it easy for oil changes and keeps the motorhome tires from getting dry rot.
Seriously, I am 1 to 1.5 north of you too far for storage here!

Nope, bought my own trailer....and a winch from avery resides up front.
