Top 10 things that piss me off when Wheeling.

How about the guys who have open diffs front and back, a 3” lift on down and get in the hard trail group to see if they can make it. End up dragging them all through the trail.

Is that anything like me? (open diffs and 2" )

Guess I'll never learn anything then. :thumbs down:

I've got open diffs and 3" lift...but I mainly keep outta the real tough trails. I know my capabilities...:)
This is what I mean. Nothing wrong with open diffs but when you put a near stock Jeeps in a group of semi built Jeeps it makes a difference, I used to be open diffs but I stuck with the group of people that had similar built Jeeps and it was allot of fun, as my Jeep gets more capable then I run with different groups. mdl, you rag on me harder than the guy who believes in drinking and wheeling, grow up!

My God, your bio shows your 40, what’s with the “my dad can beat up your dad” crap?
Last post I will put up here. There are allot of good people on here but the few of you immature clowns do not make it worth it.

Its just R.E.D. Hes a clown, He likes to goof off. Don't take stuff so serious dude.
See, http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=84435, Thats just in the last hour. Look through his posts and you'll see that the is NAXJA 's smartass.

I can see the point with open diffs in the rocks. But I've gone surprisingly far in the mud and sand out here with nothing more than aired down tires and some judicious driving. What IS dumb reagarding those wheeling with open diffs is when you begin to spin and just keep digging yourself down. Don't jsut sit there and romp the pedal, hoping for the off-road fairy to pick your stupid ass up and dump you somewhere safer, use yer friggin head or ask for help.

Yah... I think we can summarise this one as:

numberwhatever) Don't be the asshat that gets stuck then refuses to ask for or accept help in getting unstuck while blocking the obstacle you're hung up on or in.

Mud pits are the worst for this. "Yeah, my nine-foot-tall white Bronco's stuck in the middle of the pit, but I'm just going to park here and block the run for everyone else because I don't need anyone's help."

Those guys are my favorite. They give you time to stop and stretch your legs, or drink another beer, maybe even shoot some guns. :) (Yes I am being facetious)

You come in here and bash. oh say 30% of the guys I know that have open diffs, and 3 inches of lift.

I know 2 that you couldn't keep up with.

Open mouth, insert orifice.

I AM the smartass here.....but....

A well built jeep is only as good as it's driver.

6.5" of lift and lockers in NO WAY makes you a good wheeler.

1 of the 2 of which I speak can run MOAB with exactly the set up you talked about....and not just the little stuff, but the hardcore parts.

The other of whom I speak runs Tellico every year, and has no problems either.

If I had feelings, you might be able to hurt them.

4.Drinking and wheeling.

1. People tearing up trails or going off designated routes.

Dear DR Moab,
In reguards to the trail run tommorrow, I'm going to be running a little late. My 8.25 is making a little noise but it should be ok for this run. I changed the oil in it 7 years ago. If I have any problem though, you can help me out right? I'm a little new to the sport so it sometimes take me 4 tries, but I know you will have patience with me. On the last trail ride I rolled on the trail and all my beer fellout. I kept telling the other guys to just go around I had to get some Ice for the beer. What a$$ holes. There was plenty of room throught the trees if you cut two of them down. I even offered up my chainsaw. Sorry for the mess in the Jeep. I gotta clean this heep out. Just on the trail yesterday four beer cans got stuck underneath my brake pedal and I had to pull over and throw them out. Not to worry though theres more where that came from. I give you a fresh cold one at the trail head. Look foward to meetin' you. TTFN
