Na, Punkrock the music is still alive and kicking. But the whole punk anti-establishment thing morphed into some really stupid political stuff(read as ELF, vegan, straight-edge skins, and wannabe anarchist retards).

There are some really great bands out there today, that blow away anything you would hear on radio play or on Mtv. Stuff that still has 'soul' if you will. Some of the bands coming out of scandinavia are f**king great, and some bands that are coming out of the south like Against Me! or Terminus City will really get you energized.

I'm just so sick of all the 'bro' bands and c'rap metal bands. . . . Retards.

I thought about sat radio but some of my co-workers had it and I just wasn't that impressed by it. A few good tunes, with alot of Mtv crap. Screw paying for that, so I got an Ipod capable car stereo and haven't listened to the same song twice in over two week!

Must have been in the late seventies... They used to put some of the strangest artists together... I saw rapper Kurtis Blow open for The Clash, some awful punk band called the "A's" open for Peter Tosh... I'm amazed there weren't riots!
