i could soo go for a wt tool shopping spree, i need some vises and misc tooling. I also gotta start building a jig for the 14b on the bridgeport so i can hurry up and finish the shave and throw the axle underneth.

Why don't you just shave the 14B with a grinder? You'll be able to get it flat enough...

i could, but ive also got a lip i wanna mill into it for the plate to sit into flush on the bottom. then ill also need to go over the cover mounting surface and cut the plate down flush with that. and i got mill out a slot in the middle of the patch piece, but ill do that with jsut it mounted in a vise.


plus, i wanna be cool and actually use this 2000# paper wieght i bought

I'm thinking I should get the hell out of here around 3:30. Hmmmm the clock behind me is dead and stuck at 3:20. I think I will pack up my laptop and go into the labs for 10 min, at which time it will be 3:30, right? :eyes:

When i go talk to my guy about the upcoming metal order, I have to talk to him more about what tubing he can get. He said he can get me OD/ID seamless, so it SHOULD just be dom.
