Rubicon July 7-10!

Oh I know, and I'm appreciative of all the help and advice I get. Looks like I need to save up for axles and lockers.

I'd go to PnP and grab 29 spine 8 1/4 axle out of another Cherokee and throw a lunchbox locker in the front and call it done. Can be done on the cheap and that setup will take you over most trails.

My issue with that is, I have ABS so I would have to swap all that out as well. It's a lot of work.

a lot of guys run ABS and just pull a fuse.

I'd be afraid doing something like that I would try to stop and not have any brakes all of a sudden.

And isn't the non-abs brake booster larger and less complicated? If I just disable the ABS system then I'm stuck with useless complicated parts taking up space.

I would like to do this trip too. It would be my first Con trip.

you were up with us last year LOL. but we didnt even get to little sluice there was so much traffic!

Didn't you go with us last year? Or was that a dream LOL

Well we did go last year but that was just in and out with camping at the SMUD camp ground.

Ruining the Con is going all the way through from one end of the trail to the other.

Hey, do you need any special equipment other that wheeling equipment like Porto Potties?

technically they do say pack it all in and all out, including your shit. But there are lots of bathrooms all along the trail now too, so its up to you.

There are a good amount of outhouses on the trail. NOTE I do always bring my
The PETT (Portable Environmental Toilet) and usually have about a dozen waste bags that are made for the toilet system. You Never Know!

OK, this is good to know. I will get a PETT to bring just in case.

I am planning to make this trip guys. lets do this.

I am already excited to go. Fixing the tack bar mounting points and getting the camber set is first after coming back from Reno. Then a Steering cooler and I am ready to go!

LETS DO THIS!

Skipper you probably want to adjust caster more than camber fyi. Get the trwckbar fixed first though
