Project Olive Drab

I did mine a while ago, but I'll post a pic.
7 cans of Krylon Satin "Itialian olive" (wasnt going to pay 5 bucks a can for the real camo stuff...) and 2 cans of Krylon satin black.

Funds have been tight. But i have been able to pick up a few small items that i'll get around to eventually.

I have a ton of wiring work to do also.

Wiring = teh fail. I just finished up my 6 roof lights on an independent/integrated circuit. TOTAL pain, but very cool features in the end)

Sorry to be vague, but i get 100 PM's asking exactly what color i used. Kinda takes away the uniqueness of mine if everyone were to copy. Some guys get pissy if i ignore their PM, i even had to delete my build thread elsewhere.

Went to a local car show about a month ago and met a few cool Jeepers, last night they had another show for Trucks so i entered.

I was shocked i actually won a place with so many nice rigs. I regret not having a chance to walk around and take more pics of the others rides.

The wife says i'll need a bigger hat. :laugh3:

Found It! Don't know how the hell I didn't see that. I had an od green jeep 5 years ago. Had to sell her. Didn't use GCI paint, used cheap Krylon OD GREEN from Wal-Mart back when you could get it in quarts. Got alot of compliments. Googled OD Jeep and found yours. I'm gonna paint a CJ that color. Thanks

OverlandXJ, ever think about tinting the windows a dark black? I think it'd make the jeep look even better.

Just went thru the whole thread and didn't find it...doesn't mean its not there Where did you find the sound bar? just went thru a whole junkyard and never found one.....

It was in the Jeep when i bought it. :moon:

I used to grab ones i found at the local yard for ~$40.. no one wanted to reimburse that plus shipping so i stopped getting them.
