Me, along time ago, being absolutely retarded and driving a bit too fast. Disregard the person yelling "There's a tire under there," it was most definitely a rock.

Not once, but twice. I tried the middle after for some stupid reason, and failed miserably. That run is the reason why I have a snorkel on my Jeep now.
