I will be driving a black F350 Crewcab with small cab overcamper towing an old trailer with my 83 cj8 Scrambler locked front and rear. Saturday morn.

Well at one point this morning there was 20 plus rigs in camp. A whole mess of XJ's, a handful of Toyota's, a few Land Rovers including a D90 and the Mog that was mentioned.
There was some pretty serious carnage after we all split up this morning but I'll save that story for somebody who was there...
I'll start working on pics and vids but it'll be a while, I got a lot of muddy gear to clean up

Major carnage, but no injury for my brother in law Roger. He's not on NAXJA because he lives farther out in the boonies than I do. He can't handle the wax string and chili can internet speeds out there.

It sure was torn up and sloppy. Here's a video of him easily climbing up last Memorial Day.

He's not sure what he wants to do with it yet. He wants to keep that XJ, so we'll either massage the roof back to shape, cut it off and replace it (not likely), or cut it off to make room for a cage and bikini top. Thanks to everyone who helped put it back rubber side down.

Sorry, all of my pictures came out blurry. So this is all you get.

Wow, what a quick night! It's was great seeing all you guys from the forum in your sleepy/tired state. I know you guys had a crazy day with everyone. I'm sure your loving it though.

Richard Cranium, that vid is just straight-up too fast crazy. One milli-second on all 4 and then next rolling. I feel bad for the gent. rolling. Hope he is ok? I'm glad I was able to see the video that created what I saw at Chevron. Atleast your able to say, "Let's cut it and then rag it!" Not being a total loss, is better than being a TOTAL LOSS!

To ALL NAXJA; be safe and I'll see you soon or next time...

I had a great time up there, sorry to see that your bro in law rolled it, saw you guys pull over on the hwy we were behind you, hope you guys didn't need help,I should have stopped to double check.

I should have a few pics up when my buddy emails some to me, I didn't take a camera along.

No worries, He just pulled over to fix his wipers. We were on our way again in a minute.

No one mentioned the curse extended to family...

Hi all,

Thats was way cool yesterday. Even though wayne and I had never met any of you before yesterday. You were very open and kind to us joining you. (Our neighbor had invited us to join you, but because his rig was down he didn't go) So we went anyway.... Thanks tons for the warm reception!!@:yelclap:

We had a blast:explosion and if invited again we would love to join you.

Youch! Too quick and uncalculated, but it happens.

I've got a great replacement for him...88 chief with an overheating motor...straight body...swap his stuff and you're good to go. I'd think the boss would cut it loose for a few hundred.

Thanks for the offer, I'll pass it along. He's emotionally attached to his XJ though. I think he'll keep it even if it becomes a convertible.

Wow that sucks your bro in law rolled, looks like it happened pretty fast. The trails are getting really torn up this year, it makes them alot more fun but more dangerous at the same time. Hopefully he wasn't hurt, from what I remember that rock he rolled off of is pretty big!
