93 4.0 struggles on start up for 1 min

Alright, I've searched and looked around and tested long enough, time to make my first thread.

The jeep:
93 jeep xj 2 door, Automatic, 4.0 with 190k-ish miles
Dana 30 and 8.25 with 4.10 gears
34" tires
4 link front and rear
Gutted interior with cage
Hood louvers with a 12" fan to help engine heat escape.
A/c, all factory cooling system, clutch fan locked out permanently, rad is a 3 row alum. off amazon, factory rad cap, electric efan is a 12' on a 190* switch, all factory shrouds are intact, Separate trans cooler with 12'fan on a flip switch.

Engine components that were replaced 200 miles ago are: TPS, IAC, MAP, IAT, Spark plugs, Vacuum lines, Water pump, Thermostat and housing, Fuel pump and filter (60) miles ago, Full exhaust with cat and muffler all the way out the back.
Engine components cleaned or serviced, Oil changed 200 miles ago, Trans flushed and filter replaced, injectors cleaned, pressure regulator tested fine, air filter changed (K&N cone style), Entire throttle body disassembled and ultra sonic cleaned, intake manifold cleaned out.

I have 2 issues, the first one is, starting the jeep for the first time after sitting over night or at work, it wants to die / struggles to idle, as if it is running out of air or fuel. I can blip the throttle to bring RPM up it will stabilize for 2 seconds then start to stall out, repeat 5 - 6 more times. After about a minute of this the RPM will raise to 1900 on it's own then level out to normal and will be completely fine. I can run to the store, gas station whatever, its only when the jeep sits for 8ish hours. It has seemed to run a little weaker down the freeway, but it has also been 100-115 out here in Vegas, so being sluggish is expected, But over all runs fine after the initial stumbling.
This is a new issue that has presented itself as of a few days ago, before it was totally fine starting up any day, time or temp. Also it does this with and without the poor mans prime.

My next issue is the infamous overheating, I've spent many uncomfortable days testing different driving scenarios and factors.
Down the freeway, A/c off it runs at 205-210, Perfect. Get off the freeway, sit at a light, or drive around town and it will stay at about 225-230 and only when I accel. or am at speed will it cool down to about 215.
With A/C on it will slowly creep up on the freeway to about 230, turning A/C off allows it to cool back down to 210, once I exit the freeway or drive around town with the A/C on it jumps to 230 and would keep going if I allowed it.
When the A/C is turned on it is really noticeable with the engine performance and RPM, it seems to put a huge load on the engine, so I assume I have failing A/C components that are running hot and heating up the rad more that it should.
But the overheating around town with A/C off is concerning, especially since I have the mechanical fan locked to run at 100% all the time and the efan running all the time as well.

Also there is no water in oil or oil in water, the coolant system isn't bubbling and has never been hot enough to boil over on me. I had switched to a factory rad, since that's what most treads were saying as far as cooling and the factory system being sufficient, but it instantly over heated, multiple days in a row after multiple flushes and getting all the air out, once I went back to 3 row with stock everything else it has been the best I have gotten it in years.

All of my "tests" have been in 105-112 degree heat for about 15 miles each time (to and from work).

The weird thing with the overheating issue too is when its under 105* outside I can drive all day, any way I want with the A/C on, its only when its 105+when it overheats.

I'm sure I'm missing info, please ask if I am, I have done all the work to this jeep and know pretty much everything about it or everything that has been done to it.

Thank you in advance for the help and advise.

Why did you change the TPS, IAT, IAC, and MAP? It's entirely possible you swapped a working oem part for a piece of junk chinese part. I would at least test the IAT and TPS. The wrong or bad IAT may be telling the engine computer the engine is warmed up when it's not.

As for temps, you didn't say where you are and the terrain but your really pushing it with 34's and 4.10's!

I changed out those parts trying to chase a high idle and non start issue after it warming up. I had read that it could have been running lean with a certain combination of sensors being bad, causing it to run hot on top of run with a higher idle. I had a warranty for all those parts as well from other jeeps I've owned, so I figured I would just swap them. How could I go about testing the IAT? The TPS is working properly, tested with an OHM meter.

I'm in Las Vegas, the terrain is just the street and highways for now, I can't get in the dirt without it overheating unless its in the winter, or under 90* outside, then its fine.
I know I really need to have 4.56 or even 4.88 with 34s but it overheated even when I was on 32-33s.

Ok, I'll check it when I get home. I found a chart with the resistance vs the temp.
I've read about people moving it to the intake box, with improvement to air/fuel mixture in hot weather, and is highly recommended. Worth while or just a fix for another problem? I don't want to cause another problem when its 40 degrees out here.

I would also check the coolant temp sensor. I think 93 still has it on the side of the block, or it moved to the thermostat housing. A bad heater in the O2 sensor would run crappy for a bit too.

I think the temp sensor is only a year or 2 old, but I'll check it. I only have the one in the thermo housing and the one for the gauge on the back of the head.
I was thinking O2 sensor as well, one of the things that hasn't been replaced since I got it 6 years ago.
