New Years Day Run, Walker Valley

Sorry guys for the major delay today. I was "that guy" who had to spend WAY too long blocking the top of Upper Mainline making it completely impossible to get by, all due to a really lousy mistake. Apparently I got distracted when putting my wheels on and didn't torque them properly when it was back down on the ground.

There was NO warning signs at all but I sheared 4 of the studs and probably destroyed the lug nuts on that wheel. What made it worse is I had taken my spare shafts out of the car in the morning while waiting for everyone else to arrive and put them on the trailer. But due to where I had the issues Scott and Rich had to drive all the way down Lower Mainline to get the parts for me (THANK YOU guys, I really appreciate the help). We got it all fixed up pretty quick but it was getting dark and cold. At least we had plenty of conversation :twak:

Other than that, I had a great day.
I hope to get a few more things done on the Jeep shortly, so that I feel a little more comfortable with it.

We also got 111.5 hours of service recorded for the day!

No worries Michael. Like I said, it was you this time but could be me next time. Thanks again for being a good trail leader. I don't want to speak for Scott but I had fun running back for your parts. It probably felt like an eternity but we we made really good time.
