Naxja NW chapter adopt a trail?

We will be at the arlington??? (I-5 xit206) Buzz Inn at 8 with a departure for the trals at 9. Karl, you seem like you have a lot of stuff going on, so I really appreciate the time you are willing to put into this. I hope that we, as a chapter, can move forward on this. I'm ready and willing to help out([size=-2]just not this weekend, I'll be at work, sorry[/size]).

Karl, Thanks for the wonderful post.
I would agree and would like to offer to take this responsibility from you over a short period of time so that we can ask for your asistance on doing the same thing at another location (mabe Evan's or Elbe?).

Its not so much the negitive you cant handle but the "reality" that the NWC looks like clowns. Maybe take a min or two and go check out the things going on in the other chapters...... kinda like the Zack bracelets etc etc, no one asked or tried to atleast jump on that bandwagon and i do belive all that jazz is going on over in Idaho. Ya know its really sad this chapter has gotten this way and it boils down to the "wants" and "disires" of the people who are standing up and saying (and posting) "hey lets do.... blah blah blah on such and such date". Makes me laugh how there is a run atleast every 2 weeks down at browns camp stickied and thats where it ends. Most up north things come up as this and that, that everyone says "im in" and turns into a flake session. And as to your "you havent meet me out doing blah and blah"................ surely from me typing on here that would lead you to belive you could pick me out in a crowed?? Odd........ love ya hugs and kisses.

PS ............... Phil crown dont carry Ford junk i guess, still lookin tho

Maybe you should leave this chapter then, since we're all a bunch of flaky dirt bags. Your continual sack riding does us no good. Sure, we can do better, but your style of pointing it out is annoying.

What's your point? We only had 3 days notice that the Tamers were going to be there this weekend. Most people can't change plans like that. I can't make it due to my work schedule.
 
I had a big response typed out, but whats the point? Jeremy already said it as well as I could. Your entitled to your opinions and thoughts. If your not being constuctive and your only purpose here is to sling shit, and sack ride, dont expect either to be taken seriously. There are people here that are concerned with the chapter and are activley trying to make inroads for positive change and development. As often as this is repeated on this site, its true. This is a club too, not everything takes place in the forums.

Really interested on "whos" sack im riding, since im not some BS
follower. Also blows my mind how yall are doing so much "outside" of this
forum and that surely you would know so much about all the diffrent
events/runs I have been trying to get going "as a chapter" behind the scenes.
I dont need any kudos for anything I have "tried" to do here. And
surely if I had a 3 day notice for something, I wouldnt just jump off the
mouth and say "yea i will be there", out of what? Jumping on the
impervial bandwagon? Just to turn around and say "sorry nevermind"? This is
the repeditive action in this chapter, except it or not I dont care. Oh
and if you are all such pushers of this and are surely hindered by Phils
lack of enthusiasm for it, why not just jump over on PNW and get one
of the BODs over there to sign yall up??

I really dont think you see the whole picture in the planning of
events and how its affected by lack of involvement. Maybe that was the whole
reason why NWF was at Liberty......... ya think?

Edit: Karl is very dedicated and efficient with his trail clean up organization, I suspect we will have trail clean up dates for Walker shortly. Put your money were your mouth is, Show up, and help.

I don't know anything about the events/runs that you have been trying to get going as a chapter. while you are at the "bar" and have a few minutes with an internet connection I recommend you do a quick search and see what events/runs I HAVE put together over the last few years. You might find one or two.

We can bicker about symantics and what people have and have not done all day long.

I would much prefer to keep this on subject and get going on this. Again, I am all for hearing everyones comments about this, but I am sick of hearing all of the negativism. We are not perfect. We are people, and I think MOST of us would agree that we are ready to adopt a trail!!

what does pnw have to do with this? how many of us are members of pnw?

Off-topic but this thread has gone that way:

I joined naxja hoping to meet people who like xj's and enjoy wheeling, and i have. I have also been ridiculed(sp?) and poked fun at because around here naxja is considered a joke. I don't mean to insult anyone or place blame, as a newer member this is what I see. Since I have joined I have only seen 3 or 4 members continuly try and organize things. It took a guy who already does a butt-load of other things and doesn't even have an xj to get the ball rolling on adopting a trail. I suggest that if anyone wants to make naxja matter, and be respected as a club to leave the past in the past and move forward to better the group or shut up and leave. I will do what I can to help and hope to be much more involved in the future but with work and school it's hard. Plus i've only been around the 4wd community for about a year, I still don't even know where half of the trail systems are around here. If anyone needs help planning something call on members to help, let's stop putting things on one or two people and spread the work out.

I think if you don't have something constructive to say shut your mouth, and if you paid to be a member show up once in a while.
