Glad to hear that Mr. Ed was doing a good job as supervisor. That guy can supervise with the best of them.

mr. ed is a new man! he was actually turning wrenches all day! :yelclap:
he & matt took off the bumpers, flairs, & front axle while i pulled the t-case & installed the sye. we got a lot done today.
i was hoping to sell the bumpers to get some cash to buy stuff for the build such as oil, atf, gear lube, gaskets, seals, brake fluid, misc. electrical wiring, fittings, welding consumables, etc.
Tim,
I'll send you $250 to help with some of this soft cost stuff. Send me a paypal address or I can mail you a check.
Ben H.
stiffeners are all ready to weld in place.
time for a slice of cake break.
then i'll start welding.
Wish I was closer to pitch in too. I have a set of shackles that are coming off my rig you can have. they are the 2 position RC ones but i dont know if you want to put something less than beefy on this rig..
I have shackles, jcr discos (new) new run cool hood vents (new) I can donate. If this is stuff you could use let me know and i will find a way to get it to you either mail or i have family that works down that way.
Don't light your beard on fire! (again)
if i ever offer to install another set of unibody stiffeners just shoot me in the head with a bazooka!
i got the stiffeners & cross member all burned in. my arm has about 100 burn marks in it from popping slag. no matter how well you prep the rails, there will always be galvanizing left over that wants to pop when you weld over it.
that part really sucks.
so what kinda parts do we need for this thing?
also, I can paypal some cash over as well. send me a paypal addy.
Its a long drive but ill try to get down soon.
