Looking for a graphic artist.....logo for the 30th anniversary event

I want to work on a logo for the XJ Cherokee 30th Anniversary Celebration. We'll use it for promo stuff, and for event stickers and t-shirts, etc. Anyone with skills want to work on it? I'd consider a contest, but I know how much work can go into it and I hate to have a number of people invest a lot of time. Plus, getting it right requires tweaking, and one of the contest winners might be close but not quite there. If a few people want to work on some samples and get a basic design going, I'm open for that. Whatever works that a few folks are willing to do.

Any willing graphic people?

The reward will be lots of warm fuzzies and appreciation.

I think it would be best to work as a single color, like on registration forms or whatever else might get printed single color, but be multi color for stickers, internet, and other stuff, and be able to get coordinated into a shirt design.

We haven't had a logo for previous events, but I'm thinking it would be something good to do. Not sure what I'm after. Could be just a nice looking version of the lettering, or could have a graphic XJ worked into it. Could be used full color in a large version for a shirt graphic, or could be lettering that gets the style worked into a picture for a shirt graphic. Open to ideas.

We'll want to make event stickers, and coordinate a shirt graphic, and possibly have a few promo forms, mostly online. Some kind of uniform look could be good. I usually have the shirt company artist do the shirt graphics since they're pretty good at it and we always like it, but if we had a cool logo that could be used that could be good.

ok. single color graphics are super easy, cheap, and can be put on anything; but i can do a three color one as well, colors dont take any time at all once the drawing is done. i have a couple ideas in mind, i have the perfect picture that i took in moab when i was there to draw from as well. couple weeks i should have something for ya to look at :thumbup:

Wish I had something in mind, but I can't draw at all. I'm pretty good at tweaking things once I see them, but I'm not the guy to come up with it. Though, I do know what I like.
