Keeping A Low Center of Gravity.

97' XJ
3.5" RE Super Ride
RE HD trackbar
Rustys HD Steering
33x12.5r15 Dick Depek mud tires on 15" Soft 8s with 3.5" BS

I haven't really been able to test out any flex on the rig since I trimmed and put on the 33's so I went out and check it out. I'm pretty pleased with the results. The larger logs were somewhere between 2 and 3 feet.

About time you test fit! I was wondering if you were gonna go to Pines this weekend and rip your fender flare off. Looks good, you just gotta get rear TJ Rubi flares from CJ soon...

6.5" lift and 42 stickies.

Needs more bumpstops. And maybe to get rid of the dana 30.

On contrast, here's 3" and 32's.

the smaller rig made for good streetability. :)

That first one looks like it could use a bit of a wheelbase stretch on the back, too. Unless it's literally riding on the bumpstops I can't see those rear fenders getting along very well with the tires.

Dude, I love your rig. Mine will look similar soon. Ordered my JCR stage 4 front and stage 3 rear last week. My soft 8's are silver though and I have a Surco on top.

Here is my Low COG rig(BB and 31's). It rubs at in the rear about 3/4" before the bumpstops. Front fenders are trimmed.:

Very nice pictures, When i started this thread i was set in my ways until my poor jeeps floor rusted away and now she sits, still runs and goes but will not pass inspection and i have no tools or welding skills> I had bought a chevy tracker cheap and now im hating the thing so much compared to the jeep im working on getting a new jeep, i have a line on one with a new engine and transmission and no rust, being in the rust belt its rare to see a jeep come by with no rust. It came from Texas and has 307,000 miles on the body and 8,000 on the new engine and tranny, body im told is pristine no rust anywhere, I can't wait to finally start this project i intended to a long ways back.
Im hoping to get more detailed and current pictures tonight, he had usb issues. If not this one ill be getting some sort of Cherokee.
