Under promise and over deliver.
Hm, mine was similar but not as bad. My front went on great. The rear I wasn't able to get 2 of the bolts. I haven't called them yet, will do soon.
I had the same poroblem. Was able to get 6 of the 8 bolts in. i think its a defect on the jeep itself becasue i sold it to another member and it bolted right up to his.
I'm sure I'll enjoy the products when they arrive but now I have to re-adjust my personal schedule because of the delay.
if I had an order late or delayed I'll be damn if I would tell the customer please be patient while I go out and have fun!!!
stop counting chickens.Counting chickens before they hatch? What did you learn here?
every body needs personal time. and if he has issues with your service he should try nates 4x4 he would be on hold for ever let alone never talk to a person.I wasn't trying to make it sound like that... Trust me, we aren't pushing deadlines because of personal projects. I made my first post in this thread at probably 11PM from the shop, I talked about what I was doing at the time (working on my rig) for nothing else but to have a conversation about everyone having deadlines... I don't even build bumpers, so it's really a non issue.
Like I told you on the phone, we are waiting on tire carrier spindles; it's not an issue of us not working on your bumper.
Every time I have to stop what I'm doing to answer the phone, I wish we had someone to answer it for us. (I'm sure Brian does also.) But 70% of phone calls involve product or general 4x4 knowledge that someone you pay minimum wage is not going to have.
For the others that have issues with our customer service, or our products; I am sorry. We really do the best we can to make people happy. When people make us aware of an issue we try and fix it to the best of our abilities. A lot of times fixing a problem takes even more time, and I know that can be frustrating.
Well....got my front bumper and it looks as though I will need to work on the welds to make it presentable. Grind the welds AND weld some open spots...dingleberry heaven on one side@
Can't wait for the nightmare to end!!!!
yeah, i wanna see pics of the "unpresentable welds"
its nice to see this has turned from a discussion to a flame war back and forth
OP if you have a problem with the product you received you need to talk to the company, coming here to further complain is pointless pot stirring. you do realize that JCRs products are all hand made, not pumped out en-masse by a machine, right?
Good luck with that
