JCR OffRoad

Scott, thanks for your helpful and insightful post...makes me feel some warm and fuzzy!
I will take pictures and post if someone tells me how. Can I post from Photobucket to this site?
Although I don't feel the need to prove these claims I will do so to make Scott feel validated! Pudd!

Hey Jackhole, take your bumper and find someplace to stick it. If you're having problems thinking of someplace, I can offer up a few places to stick it.

Once you find someplace to stick your bumper and have stuck said bumper in said place (send me pics, I never seen an ass that large), please leave NAXJA's forum and never come back.

I bet you all have been waiting for my reply to this thread (haven't you?)

Hire a friggin' secretary. They don't need to have technical knowledge, they need to take messages, make calls, track shipments and be on your suppliers.
This will allow you to return calls when it works for you to do it.
If you are back logged four weeks, you have enough volumn to also hire some extra help in the shop. Nobody should ever have to wait six weeks for product. EVER.

DO IT!!

I HAVE SPOKEN....

:D

Don, if you don't like your bumpers, call me on the phone, send me some pictures of the problems and we will take care of it. But you have to give us the oppertunity to make things right, or there is nothing we can do. I would be extremely interested in seeing your pictures! We don't send out booger welds.

I am not sure if everyone here reliezes that our shop is only 2 full time employees (myself and Daryl). Currently we have 2 another guys working for us, but we have history of slowing down for 3 months in the fall and we have to cut back to just the two of us again (not because we want to be rich, but because we want to stay in business!). I absolutely wish we could afford more employees! I would jump on it in a heart beat if it would not cripple our company in the long run. We are in a very akward growing position (just like we were about 3 years ago) and we are busting at the seems. In the past we have been fast to act on adding employees only to have to let them go when the dust settles and be back fighting to pay our bills. With the way the economy is currently, we have to make a more conservative approach to this.

There are three things available to a customer. Price, Quality, and Time. You have to choose 2 and from what we have gathered from doing this for so many year is our customer base wants Good prices and high Quality. That means it's going to take time! We can't just hire an 18 year old kid to start welding together your product, because we are known for our quality and we are unwilling to compromise that.

I apologize to anyone that has had to wait longer then estimated. We do our best to get stuff out as soon as we can. The last 6 weeks have been really rough and we have been late because of the shop move, however we are catching up and we will be back on our 12-15 business day wait in a matter of a couple weeks.

I would also like to apologize to anyone that is upset at us for going to South Dakota next week. Daryl and I only get 3 weeks of vaction time per year and take this as wheeling trips because that is what we enjoy. However, our shop is NOT shutting down while we are gone! We have people that will be here to continue to build your product and get it out the door.

If you have questions or concerns about your current order or a future order of if you would just like to hear my sweet voice, feel free to contact me directly! (I will be gone from 6/19-6/28)

You have been nothing but professional to this guy. Stop apologizing to him, he doesn't deserve it at this point, and sometimes the customer is not right!

Yea i know, i'm a A-HOLE..LOL..I have both my jeeps with JCR stuff..What made me mad was i had to sand it before i could paint them...The welds i had to prime inside and out...Took me 20 mins to prime them..Darn it..
This is on 2 front and 2 rear bumpers.. Don't get me going on the rails, those darn things bolted right in..OH, plus i had to prime them before i painted them.Darn YOU JCR...
LOL...RANT OVER

this is what i mean. it's easy to sit here and whine, but if you give them a chance they will make it right. despite their notoriety here JCR is not a huge mega-corporation, they work hard to give people what they want.

He just wants to bit*h i think..I'm sitting here listen to the radio reading this crap..I just looked up my old tread when i went throw AJ's first, then had to go to JCR for the bumpers and stuff..
Yes i would still order from AJ's But i like the product better from JCR's

Not a problem guys....I'll work on them and still put them on the Jeep....if I ever get the back one. I just said I could never recommend them to anyone, and I see that others have had the same issues with them in the past prior to their move.

Chalk it up to live and learn!

People bitch about foreign-made stuff, they bitch about cost, they bitch about everything else and still don't want to appreciate the time it takes an artisan to complete a project. Specialty items take time...and unless you realize that, you're likely just buying something because you want to be like someone else. :eyes:

this thread is still going? :roflmao:

And let the drama end???? Never!!!!

Good point we have to have one of these every once and a while but i didn't ever expect JCR to be the target!

I'm still waiting for pics. I find it hard to believe you can't figure out how to post them. :dunno:

You should be glad you're dealing with Brian and JCR and not someone like myself. Your order would have been cancelled and money returned long ago. I'd even pay for return shipping so you're not running my product, which you've done nothing but bitch about, on your jeep.

You seem to be the type to run them, get excellent use/results, yet still bitch and moan about them and the company when someone comments about how well they perform.
