JCR OffRoad

Don right? I am VERY confused by your post... Did you order something else on April 2nd? We have an order from you from May 12th for front and rear stage 3 bumpers? Per our estimate they both should have been done last Tuesday, and they are obviously behind. The front shipped today like I told you on the phone and the rear is waiting on a spindle (we are out and have been waiting for a shipment.)

I apologize for the wait, our move took much longer than anticipated, plus we are short on help.

We are leaving for a wheeling trip to South Dakota on the 19th, and I am just finishing my 609 build, and I haven't even started on my cage... how I love 15 hour days
did anyone recieve my prayer?

I had to wait a bit longer than I expected for my front bumper but I think I was just anxious to get some new hardware. I was so pleased when I got them that I immediately forgot about the longish wait and decided to buy one of their packaged deals with front and rear bumpers and rock sliders for my second XJ.

Have fun on your trip to SD....mine will not be as fun as anticipated!

awwwww

JCR is an AWESOME company. I'd try to reason with you but they obviously have already tried, so forget it. They're great hard-working people who gave plenty of legitimate reasons for running a bit late on your order. Get over yourself and enjoy your great products when they arrive.

to JCR

You cant always expect a small fabrication shop to have things ready to ship out the minute you put in your CC info in.

When I ordered my sliders from them it took about a month to get to me but it was well worth the wait. They're products are top notch and they have always been there to answer any questions i had.

Next time you want something in your hands right away, go to your local 4 Wheel Parts

and... Nominated.

80% of me wants to tell him to get over it, But the other 20% of me is thinking... the guy just paid a grip of money for two bumpers, now he is being told (numerous times i assume) to Sit tight they will be there ASAP, with the hint that other personal vendettas (such as a wheelin trip to SD) are higher up on the priority to do list.. ( i can understand his frustration)

Im sure they will be there soon, like previously mentioned JCR has a great rep. dont sweat it!

I can assure you, the SD wheeling trip was planned way before this whinebag ordered his bumpers.

Part of it shipped...and the other half of the order is a backordered part they're waiting on. What does a personal wheeling trip have to do with it? I know I still take vacations at work when manufacturers backorder parts my customers have ordered. Does that make me a bad guy?

So, they can't have a personal life, and enjoy things just because one person is waiting on a bumper, that cant even be finished?

There would be no way in hell I would cancel a wheeling trip that I would be doing on my personal time, because of this situation.

It probably was. The JCR guys have personal lives too. This thread is just retarded now. I think he is the only guy in North America who has had a problem with JCR! :dunno: He's been waiting less than a month by the order date that JCR has. I waited that long for my sliders and am glad I did too!

Does that make me a bad guy?

Yes. A complete tool.
Not even a good tool either. I'm thinking of something that is of lesser quality than the cheapest hammer at Harbor Freight. Maybe even one of those pseudo-wrenches that they ship with cheap "put-it-together-yourself" furniture.

Hey.....you asked.:D

I can assure you that we give more then our fair share of hours building product for customers. Our wifes, family and friends would all agree! Daryl and I work on an average of 12-14 hours a day on JCR stuff. We normally work at least every other weekend, but often work every weekend.

We want you to have your product as bad as you want it! I promise you, we are not sitting on our hands or screwing around on our own builds to delay PAYING customer work. We have ALOT of overhead a month to cover and building stuff for ourselves does not pay anything.

Sorry we were 4 business days late on your front bumper. I am also sorry that your rear bumper is being delayed further. Your more then welcome to cancel your order, I am sure the next guy in line would love to move up.

Alright, back to work on JCR stuff! Only 6 more hours left on my shift tonight!
