Was there a cage in that xj or did the roof itself really hold up that well. I would be impressed and a little reassured if it did.
they dont exactly just crumple. the roofs do hold up rather well in a rollover, but in the eyes of an insurance company it would be totaled.
I will be happy to see it togethere again. I was 2 seconds away from making a pickup out of it. Then I remembered my dog goes everywhere with me. The back seat is "his" spot. He was even sitting where the seat should be while I have been working on it. Damn dog is like a kid.
o it was without a dought totaled.

I can't help but chuckle reading this...all the more reason why I want a cage before mine gets wheeled again.
On second thought, some love taps with a hammer, little bondo, little spray paint, and no one will ever know...
