Incredible crash footage from Ohio I675

I was kinda curious as to WTF actually happened, some searching around dug up the story from a local news station...

According to the article, it sounds like this kid wasn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed... but he's definitely a tool lol.

Highlights of the story:
This crash happened on his way to wherever from being released after drug charges (cop found marijuana and paraphernalia in his car after finding him, 19, and a 15 year old girl in his car with a bottle of alcohol in a parking lot the night before).
Also got a ticket for doing 90 in a 65... nine days after being cited for "failure to control" in a crash.

Yea I also heard he may try filing a lawsuit on the city where he was cited for the drug charges, because they gave the girl a ride home and let him stay alone with his vehicle and keys "waiting" for a ride. The car should have been impounded for the open container but I guess he was not in the car when the cop pulled up!?!?! How come when a Cop decides to take it easy on a guy this BS happens.:dunce:

According to a couple of articles, he was estimated to be traveling 100+ and passing cars on the shoulder right before he lost it.

After having read a bit of background- busted 1 hour prior with weed, parf, alcohol, and a 15 year old, and having a history of driving like a retard- I'm thinking suicide attempt. Still amazed he wasn't killed.
