Important

$50 sounds good. I will have to wait until my next paycheck though (two weeks from last Friday). Maybe at some point a NAXWC parts train might head south enough for me to get them (I can get up to Monticello, Lafeyette areas on weekends or even farther north like Indiana Dunes National Park possibly this year also).

Sounds good, keep me posted I've got other people wanting them too

Wish I could get rid of stock leafs. I've taken the last three pairs to the junk yard with the jeep because I was too lazy to unbolt them and nobody called wanting to but them.

If I wanted to upgrade stock leaf packs, what should I do and not have to worry about many other issues (maybe shock spacers up front) to make a small lift?

I threw my alloy shafts in earlier. Took me just around An hour. It's beautiful here though so no worries abut getting too hot.

just watched the 5pm news and it looks like that heat wave might skim up here in WI and damn close to you too Aaron. Supposed to be nasty.

Today was spent. Burning out a stump in the yard again. Cleaned the garage a little bit and Started framing up a double door in my shed to get the lawn mower into. Wasnt too bad out down here.
Got my fathersday present early this year. A turkey fryer. Im hoping to try a crawfish boil if I can find some crawfish

mac 'good now' gyvr

Matt, I had the same problem.
I used a piece of 5X1 square tubing I had laying around and did the same basic thing. My tire partially sits on the bumper and I used hockey pucks to space out the stock side bumpers so they line up with the tire.

It seems to work, though I am worried about the long term affects of 50+ pounds hanging on the gate. The YJs gate and hinges were beat to hell and back from carrying OS tires around for years.

I have been thinking about adding a Best Top Tire Carrier outfit. It bolts to the body, and to the gate, and takes much of the weight of the tire on to it. A guy up here has one and does not have hinge issues. It does not impede the use of the gate at all.

You are the only MWC'er even close to the same size family as us. And your house looks alot smaller than ours in pictures. You kinda needed to get a bigger one.

Yeah, 875 sq. ft. and one bathroom wasn't cutting it. New place will be 1900 sq. ft. with 2 bathrooms, a 2 car garage on 2 wooded acres with a small pond.

Would you and Kim consider hosting a small gathering?

Dunno if I'd ever be able to make it, but what the hell.

If you get the house, that is.
